We deliver to configured zones covering Sogakope, Adidome, Ho and Accra, with other regions arranged on request. The zone you select at checkout determines the fee and the estimated timeframe shown before you pay.
Fees are set per zone and are shown at checkout, not estimated afterwards. Timeframes are working days from the point payment is confirmed, not from when the order is placed.
Store pickup from our Sogakope location is free. You will be contacted by phone or WhatsApp when the order is packed and ready, and asked to bring your order number.
If the rider cannot reach you, we hold the order and contact you to arrange a second attempt. Repeated failed attempts may incur a further delivery fee.
